My Recipe Project (CSS)

My recipe project used my HTML skills in using the <table> element to professionally organize and display information. In this project, information is a favorite family recipe: Simple buttermilk bisquits.

The recipe project introduced me to using CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), a required language to learn in the the Web I, Web II, and Mobile Apps class here at Bradley Tech High School. CSS is the professional standard of making a web page display exactly how the developer wants it to. More power is given to the design elements and being able to place all the objects where we want them to be.

I like the recipe project because I really like food and I like to think about the time I spend with family around the kitchen table. My recipe is so popular at home that my kids can make it from memory, and they have mastered the skills of making a perfect bisquit!
